Skipper Hoy Skips will provide you with skip bins that are best for your needs. The sizes of our skip bins range from 2m³ to 6m³ with some offering access doors to assist in the loading of waste.
We cater for:
Generally, customers can have the bins for 7 days. If you are not finished with the bins after 7 days, give us a call before the arranged pick-up date so we can make alternative arrangements.
Skip bins should not be filled higher than the rim as it is illegal to transport an overfilled skip. Hence, we have labelled our bins with ‘FILL TO RIM ONLY.’
Asbestos and fibro need to be disposed separately. Also, skip bins for these items must be wrapped in plastic. Should you require disposal of asbestos and fibro, please give us a call for a quote.
All waste is sorted, in an attempt to separate and recover materials, which can be reused or reprocessed, to reduce the amount of waste being committed to landfill. An example of recovered materials includes timber, metals, soils and brick/concrete.
There are several factors that affect the pricing of the bins which include the size, the type of material being disposed and how long you need it. Call us now to get a quote.
The price of the bin already includes the fees for delivery, pickup and GST.
You won’t need a council permit if the skip bin will be placed on your property. However, if you’re planning to place the bin in the street or on the nature strip, you may need permission from your local council. Regulations vary from council to council so make sure to check with your local council.
Payment is required upon delivery of the skip bin. We accept cash, credit card and direct deposit.
