Bins
Skipper Hoy Skips aim is to supply you with a bin size that suits your needs. Our bins range in size from 2m³, 3m³, 4m³ and 6m³ bins. Some bins have access doors.
We cater for:
- Domestic and household waste
- Renovators and builders waste
- Commercial and industrial waste
Bin hire is usually 7 days. If you finish with the bin sooner, simply call us and we will collect it. However, if you have not finished with the bin within the seven days please contact us asap to make alternative arrangements.
You will notice that the bins are labelled ‘FILL TO RIM ONLY’. For safety and legal reasons, skip bins should not be filled any higher than the rim and should be loaded carefully on order to avoid spillage during transit.
We can provide bins for Asbestos and Fibro which must be wrapped in plastic and disposed of separately. Should you require this service please call for a quote.
All waste is sorted, in an attempt to separate and recover materials, which can be reused or reprocessed, to reduce the amount of waste being committed to landfill. An example of recovered materials includes timber, metals, soils and brick/concrete.
Excavation
We don’t just remove your waste, we move it too! PLUS we can dig out any landscape or area you need excavated.
Our mini excavators are perfect for sites with difficult or tight access. Our mini excavators have no swing, allowing them to work in the tightest of spaces, besides walls or fences, without risk of hitting them or getting stuck!
With multiple different types of diggers in use, we are sure to have a digger that suits your needs. We also have bobcats and larger equipment to help with the larger excavations.
We have many years’ experience in excavation. We can demolish and excavate to whatever your needs, whether small or large. We can remove and dispose of all materials from site, using one of our many Skip Bins!
Onsite Loading
If you have waste you just need to get rid of, but you don’t want to spend the time loading up the bin, we are more than happy to help you out!
When you hire a skip bin, mention that you want a hand loading it up and we are more than happy to take that tedious job off your hands!
Many of our clients have sorted through their waste once to decide what they are throwing out, but really don’t want to sort through and move it into the skip bin…that’s where we come in. We offer an onsite loading service, to save you, your time…and let’s face it your muscles!

Did you know that we can also supply building materials such as blue metal and other types of aggregate?
Whether it be backfilling a trench, supporting PVC Pipes or the improvement of general drainage, we have the material that is right for you!

Flip Screen
Screening and recycling have become streamlined, thanks to the state-of-the-art Flipscreen solution! The Flipscreen’s patented action screens allow materials to be efficiently rotated and filtered for easier recycling. You can save a lot of time as the innovative rotation bucket can segregate small contents from large contents in a matter of seconds.
Flipscreen solutions are also adaptable which makes it extremely versatile to handle any screening or filtering problems. The screen mesh can easily be modified to cater to various materials that need to be screened in less than five minutes — making the screening process fast and efficient!
